Combination of food intake control and exercising
Weight losing by merely just controlling food intake will only reduce the protein level in muscle mass,which is the lean part of the body. In order to lose weight and get rid of fat efficiently, then a combination of NeuCD and exercising must be practiced. NeuCD is very useful in getting rid of the fat adipose tissues found under the skin by metabolizing them off. Two ways of exercising are recommended:
1. Thirty minutes or above in one session, 3 times a week
This exercise method is characterised by a little bit of sweating, a little bit of tiredness yet the person will not feel too exhausted, and its regular. Times of exercise must not be less then 3 times a week, and it must be at least 30 minutes long each session. The duration of the exercise is more important than the intensity of the exercise. Mild exercise that involves the whole body such as brisk walking, biking, and so on, will effectively reduce the amount of fat in body.
2. Building muscle mass and strengthening muscle by training
By increasing the muscle mass, one can increase the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), which will increase the energy utilization and usage. Hence one should include moderate muscle mass training in the exercise list, such as using dumbbell in weight training, and gymnastic.
